01.
Harnessing innovation through solution-based research programs has the potential to enhance skill formation, increase productivity, and create employment opportunities for youth.
03.
Enhancing the capacity of young lawyers in bridging the gap of access to justice in Africa.
02.
Building institutional capacity is crucial for providing justice support through partnerships with higher learning institutions in Africa, promoting effective access to justice.
The CMR Approach
CMR-Africa seeks to capitalize on this demographic by providing a premium platform for students and youth at large to advance their research skills through solution based research competitions anchored on contemporary social issues towards formulation of Memoranda to potentially be adopted as policies by relevant county’s government agencies.
Through research competitions, CMR aims to sensitize the Africa’s youthful population to develop interest, explore, innovate and create sustainable policy recommendations to address contemporary economic, social and political issues. Indeed as the Africa’s premium moot and research platform, CMR seeks to partner with Africa’s Law schools to position young agile lawyers as adept professionals ready to face dynamic market based challenges through multi-sectoral Moot Court competitions.
Through partnerships with the Africa’s law schools, CMR seeks to develop a formidable justice support hub that boasts of a youthful population aimed at bridging the gap of access to justice in Africa’s rural areas. The CMR’s justice support will be dedicated to providing direct legal representation through its founders, counsel, advice, and community legal education to those who cannot afford legal services. The CMR have a variety of programs to assist victims of domestic violence and crime, victims of consumer fraud and marginalized children in the rural areas.
